The millimetre

Judged atarm’s length.

A facade is read from across a street. Joinery is read from 300 millimetres away, by someone opening it every morning. A shadow gap that runs out by two millimetres is invisible on an elevation and obvious on a wardrobe door.

So nothing is cut to the drawing. Every opening is measured on site, after the plaster and the floor, because that is the room the joinery has to live in — walls are rarely as square as the plan says they are.

Humidity is the long game. Boards and adhesives are specified for a Gulf interior that swings between a sealed, chilled room and an open door in August, because a door that stops closing in year two was never a saving.

Scope

What we make

Villa kitchen with a fluted timber island, open-end shelving and handleless cabinetry — custom carpentry services in Dubai

Materials & finishes

The surface isthe whole job.

Veneer, lacquer and laminate each fail differently, and each belongs somewhere. The choice is made per room — what it will be touched with, how much light it takes, and whether it can ever be repaired in place.

Made in theworkshop. Fitted once.

Doors are hung, drawers are run and fronts are aligned on the bench before anything goes near a lorry. A correction there costs an hour; the same correction on site costs a day and a apology to whoever else is working in the room.

Then it is set on site by our own fitters — scribed to the wall it actually meets, with the gaps even and the doors closing the same way in ten years as they do on handover day.

Why choose us

Judged by whatyou keep.

As a joinery company in Dubai, Zeenat Al Sahraa covers the full range of joinery a home or office is measured by — kitchens and kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, walk-in closets and shelving, media walls and TV units, wall panelling and wooden partitions, wooden and custom doors, reception counters, vanity units and bespoke furniture. Every piece is custom-manufactured in our own joinery workshop and fitted by our own crews, and because we make and install the work ourselves, the reveals you sign off on handover day are the ones still holding a line years later.

It is one package from one contractor — coordinated with our aluminium works and glass works. See finished rooms in our Dubai projects, or request a free quote.

Service areas in Dubai

As a joinery company in Dubai, Zeenat Al Sahraa delivers carpentry and joinery across Dubai — Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Al Barari, Jumeirah, Downtown, Business Bay and DIFC — and the wider UAE.

Industries we serve

Care & maintenance

As a joinery company in Dubai, we maintain and repair as well as build. Furniture repair, door repair and cabinet repair in Dubai — a sticking wardrobe door, a dropped hinge, a chipped veneer, a shelving runner that has worn — are a scheduled visit, not a rebuild, and regular joinery and carpentry maintenance keeps a fit-out looking new for years. Between visits, timber lasts when it is kept out of standing water and swung rather than slammed: wipe veneer and lacquer with a soft, barely-damp cloth, keep hinges and runners clear of grit, and let a chilled room and an open August door settle rather than forcing a door that has tightened.
